How does this work?

Come and enjoy a breath-focussed yoga class that will take you through the asanas..

Come and enjoy a breath-focussed yoga class that will take you through the asanas..

Asanas are (postures) that flow together, and which will gather up a dispersed mind into a singular presence where mind, body and breath become one.

We will refine our asanas through postural work where we learn to feel into our body and breathe life and light into those parts of our being that have long been forgotten.  

We will steady and calm our mind through pranayama (breathwork) and meditation. Come and enjoy, freely, when you can. All materials are provided. All levels are welcome.
