Through yoga and the deep teachings of breath work, postures and meditation, you will find greater inner balance, strengthening the connection between your mind and body. It will prevent and heal you from injury, while supporting in aging gracefully. It will also contribute to your ability to perceive reality in a progressively more peaceful and joyful way. I love transferring the many gifts of yoga to my students. I am a European Union & Yoga Suisse certified yoga teacher & trained physiotherapist, who is engaged in the humanitarian field of disarmament, victim assistance and conflict transformation. My life has been deeply enriched by the practice of yoga for the past twenty-five years, and by teaching collective and individual classes for the past twelve years.
