Experience Fly Yoga

Fly Yoga is a little like rediscovering your inner child—with all the benefits of yoga woven in.

Using a soft fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling, Fly Yoga invites you to play with gravity and discover movement from an entirely new perspective. It is an opportunity to experience what happens when gravity becomes something to play with rather than something to resist. You stretch, strengthen, balance, swing and sometimes even turn upside down—but above all, you rediscover the simple joy of moving.

The hammock supports your body, encourages confidence and allows many postures to feel lighter, freer, more spacious and more accessible. Many people describe the sensation as becoming fluid—as if the body were water—moving with greater softness, freedom and curiosity.

Before long, you'll probably find yourself trusting the hammock far more than you imagined. It encourages confidence, supports balance and stability, and allows you to explore movement at your own pace. Whether stretching, floating, cocooning or gently inverting, each class weaves together yoga, mobility, strength, breath, deep relaxation and aerial exploration in a warm, supportive atmosphere.

Depending on the class, the hammock may be suspended at hip height for playful aerial exploration and optional inversions, or lower to the ground so that parts of the body remain supported while others are gently suspended in the air. This unique interplay between grounding and lightness helps release tension, gently decompress the spine, and create space throughout the body—and often, the mind as well.

No previous yoga or aerial experience is needed—just curiosity, a willingness to explore movement differently, and perhaps the courage to let yourself be carried... sometimes quite literally.
