What is Fly Yoga/Aerial Yoga?
It is a yoga practice that uses a soft fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling to support the body through movement, stretching, strengthening and relaxation. By gently playing with gravity, it offers a unique sense of lightness while improving mobility, balance, body awareness and confidence. the hammock makes many postures more accessible. While it offers the possibility to explore inversions and more playful movement, there are always option. No previous yoga or aerail experience is needed - just curiosity and a willingness to explore moving differently.
